Tangier Shriner Center may be closed for regular events because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but Shriners are still making a difference in the community.
Tangier hosted a Red Cross blood drive on Friday, April 10, with a goal of collecting 25 pints of blood. Donors went above and beyond, as 30 pints of blood were collected, potentially saving 90 lives.
Tangier has another Red Cross blood drive event planned for Friday, April 24. Make an appointment here. Learn more about the Nebraska Masonic Blood Drive Challenge here.
